By using this website or participating in a Hoop House Tournaments event, you agree to the following terms.

Event Registration

• Registration is complete only once all required information and fees are received.
• Teams are responsible for providing accurate roster and division information.
• Entry fees are generally non-refundable unless an event is canceled by Hoop House.

Schedules & Changes

Dates, venues, schedules, and formats may change due to facility availability, weather, or other circumstances. We will communicate changes as soon as possible.

Conduct

Players, coaches, and spectators are expected to show good sportsmanship and respect officials, staff, opponents, and facilities. We reserve the right to remove any individual or team for unsportsmanlike conduct without refund.

Assumption of Risk

Basketball is a physical sport with inherent risk of injury. Participants (and parents or guardians of minors) assume all risks associated with participation. Hoop House Tournaments, its staff, and host facilities are not liable for injuries, lost, or stolen property.

Photo & Media Release

Media is present at our events. By attending or participating, you consent to being photographed or recorded and to the use of those images for promotional purposes.

Website Use

All content, logos, and images on this site belong to Hoop House Tournaments and may not be used without permission. Links to third-party sites (such as Exposure Events, Google Forms, Facebook, and Instagram) are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept them.
